Reporting copyright infringement

We respond to notices of claimed infringement under the US Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and similar laws. Send a notice to our designated agent, the Copyright Agent of Shelton Life LLC, at support@ankurun.com with:

1. your physical or electronic signature;
2. the copyrighted work you say is infringed;
3. where the material is on Ankurun, such as a link or a description we can find it from;
4. your name, address, phone number and email;
5. a statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent or the law;
6. a statement, under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner.

Counter-notice

If your content was removed and you believe that was a mistake, send a counter-notice to the same address. Include your signature, the removed material and where it was, a statement under penalty of perjury that it was removed by mistake or misidentification, your contact details, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for your address (or, outside the US, any district where we may be found).

Repeat infringers

We remove the accounts of people who repeatedly infringe others' copyright.
