Common questions

I can't sign in. Email us from the address you signed up with and we'll help you get back in.

Someone is bothering me. Open their profile and tap Block, or tap Report to send it to our team. Blocked people cannot see your profile, bonds or posts.

How do I delete my account? In the app, go to Profile, then Account, then Delete account. Or see Delete your account.

Who can watch my live? Only people the bond's audience allows. Everyone in the bond must agree before a live is saved.

Report abuse or a safety concern

Use Report in the app, or email support@ankurun.com. If someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services first.
